Every account starts with 200 free credits, and credit packs start at €9.98.

Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. If you go over, you're charged a per-1,000-credit overage rate that's lower than buying credit packs (€3.00–€2.40 per 1,000 credits depending on your tier). Your billing page shows your credit balance and any credits used beyond your allowance. We tell you when your balance drops below what a full project typically needs, when you go past your monthly credits, and when your next project cannot start.

No. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. It refreshes every month, and whatever is left of it at that point does not carry into the next month. On an annual plan you are billed once a year and the allowance still refreshes monthly, so each month's allowance is used or lost in that month. Credit packs are different: you buy those separately, they never expire, and they are only used once your monthly allowance is gone. The same rule most subscription software runs on: Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Midjourney, Perplexity, Manus, and Synthesia publish it too, because a monthly allowance that could pile up without limit makes the capacity behind the product impossible to plan.

As far as you choose, up to a limit you set. On a monthly plan, projects keep running after your monthly credits are used, and the overage credits they use are billed on your next invoice as pay-per-run overage, at your plan's rate. Each account has an overage limit: the most overage credits one billing period can use before new projects stop. It starts at one month of credits and can go up to three times your monthly credits. Raise it, lower it, or set it to zero on your billing page; it resets when your next billing period starts. A project that is already running when you reach the limit finishes, and its overage credits are billed. Annual plans work the same way: their overage credits are billed monthly.

Yes. Monthly plans cancel immediately at the end of the period. No contracts, no cancellation fees. All your projects and deliverables remain accessible.

Your project data is isolated at the database level using PostgreSQL Row-Level Security. Even if our application code had a bug, your data couldn't be accessed by other users.
